About this role
As a member of the Withholding Tax team, the Tax Analyst will support the global local tax teams on various projects and deliverables to serve our internal customers. Areas of responsibility include compliance, research and analysis. A highly organized, self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills will be successful on this team.
Key job responsibilities
Monthly review of vendor payments for withholding tax assessment
Undertaking withholding tax compliances including payments and withholding tax filings
Supporting on withholding tax considerations for new countries, projects and business lines
Managing withholding tax audits - internal and external by tax authorities and statutory auditors
Staying updated on changes in tax laws and implementing necessary adjustments to processes and procedures
Undertaking withholding tax account reconciliations
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- 4+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Preferred qualifications
- CPA
