About us

Jobs Hindustan helps people in India find openings at well-known employers, taken straight from each company's own careers system and refreshed every morning.

What Jobs Hindustan does

We are an independent job finder for India. We list vacancies that employers have published on their official careers sites, so you can search them in one place, in plain English, with the full job description. When you find a role you like, the apply button takes you to the employer's own page.

Where listings come from

Today's 8,313 openings come from the public careers systems of 104 employers hiring in India. Our system reads them every morning at about 6 AM IST, so new roles appear within a day and closed roles disappear at the next update. Always check the details on the employer's page before you apply.

How a job gets listed

  • It must come from the employer. We only read the careers system a company itself uses to hire, never job boards, agencies or social media posts.
  • It must be in India or open to India. We keep roles based in an Indian city or state, and remote roles the employer opens to people in India.
  • Duplicates are removed. If a company posts the same role twice in one city, we show it once.
  • Closed jobs go. When a company takes a job down, it leaves Jobs Hindustan at the next morning update.

How we sort jobs

We place each job in a state and city from the location the employer gives, and in a job family (such as software, finance or sales) from its title and team. We tag a job "fresher friendly" when the employer asks for up to one year of experience, or calls it an internship, graduate or trainee role. On the India map, every state's number also includes the 384 work-from-home roles that anyone in India can apply for.

Independent and free for job seekers

Jobs Hindustan is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a placement consultant. We do not charge job seekers, sell jobs or interviews, collect CVs or take part in hiring. Employers cannot pay to appear here or to change where their jobs are shown.

What a listing does not promise

A listing is not an offer of a job or an interview. The employer alone decides whom to hire. Pay, location, experience and other details come from the employer's advert and can change at any time.

Applying and checking details

We do not accept applications. Every apply button opens the employer's own careers page, where your application goes straight to them. Confirm the role, location and closing date there. If anyone asks you for money to get a job, it is a scam: read our safety guide.

Corrections and contact

If a listing is wrong, closed or looks suspicious, or you would like us to add a company, contact us or write to contact@jobshindustan.com. Our disclaimer explains the limits of the information on this site.
